A Study on Air Traveller’s Satisfaction of Service Quality for Jaipur International Airport (JIA)

This paper explores on service quality of an Jaipur International airport, which is more influenced the passenger satisfaction. Measuring and improving has become important. The airport services for investigated in this using Airport Council international Quality (ASQ) method. data were collected through structured questionnaire addressed to departing arrival passengers.
